About the Role

Maaden, established in 1997, is a rapidly growing mining company and the largest multi-commodity mining and metals company in the Middle East. The company is focused on developing the mining industry as a key sector of Saudi Arabia's economy through an integrated mining value chain. We are seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Intelligence to contribute to our growth and digital transformation initiatives.

Role Overview

This full-time position in Riyadh requires a specialist with 4-7 years of experience to drive innovation in the IT Business Intelligence domain. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying advanced enterprise-grade AI solutions, with a strong emphasis on the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. The successful candidate will translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications utilizing technologies such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Azure AI services for enterprise-scale deployments.
• Fine-tune, deploy, and manage LLMs for business-specific use cases, including text generation, summarization, and intelligent automation.
• Create and orchestrate complex AI workflows using Agentic AI frameworks and tools like Azure Functions and Logic Apps for autonomous task execution.
• Build and deploy intelligent conversational AI solutions using the Microsoft Bot Framework and Azure Bot Service, integrating with platforms like Microsoft Teams.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the Power Platform to enable rapid application development and embed AI into business workflows.
• Develop and manage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with enterprise data sources, ensuring high-quality data modeling and cleaning.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of all deployed Azure AI solutions, including containerization and orchestration.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–7 years of experience in AI/ML development, specifically with enterprise-grade solutions.
• Hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI Ecosystem, programming, Generative AI & LLMs, AI Orchestration, and Data & Integration.
