About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a knowledgeable and strategic Senior Specialist - Organizational Development. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. In this role, you will contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness through the design and implementation of development initiatives aligned with the company's vision and values.

Core Responsibilities

The Senior Specialist - Organizational Development will be responsible for a range of activities focused on improving organizational performance and employee experience. Key duties include:

  • Designing and implementing organizational development programs to enhance employee performance, engagement, and business outcomes.
  • Conducting organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and collaborating with leadership on actionable strategies.
  • Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and other development activities to foster a positive organizational culture and improve team dynamics.
  • Supporting the implementation of change management strategies for smooth organizational transitions.
  • Analyzing workforce metrics and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and making necessary adjustments.
  • Advocating for and implementing diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and address their organizational development needs.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, tools, and best practices in organizational development.
  • Collaborating with HR and leadership on talent management strategies to ensure a skilled talent pipeline.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development practices, performance management systems, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities for needs assessment and initiative evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
