About the Role

Mnzil is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to building a high-performing team as the company expands its operations across the region.

Role Context

The Senior Talent Acquisition Associate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. This position involves partnering closely with hiring managers, developing effective sourcing strategies, and contributing to strengthening Mnzil’s employer brand and recruitment practices to support the company's growth ambitions across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple roles and departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified and diverse candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen applications and conduct structured interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate data in the ATS.
• Track recruitment performance and prepare hiring reports and insights.
• Support employer-branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
• Recommend improvements to recruitment processes and practices.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an experienced talent acquisition professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience. A proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and developing effective sourcing strategies is required for this role.
