About the Role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Vendor Manager for the Health & Personal Care (HPC) category in Riyadh. This full-time position is for a dedicated customer and category advocate within ******, focusing on driving category growth.

Role Context

The Senior Vendor Manager acts as a key leader and communicator, engaging with ******'s most important partners and vendors, as well as internal colleagues and cross-functional teams. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of both internal and external variables that impact the business within assigned categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the business owner for assigned categories, overseeing forecasting, monitoring, understanding, and reporting on business performance.
• Drive projects and promotions to achieve specific business objectives and maximize Amazon’s business profitability.
• Expand selection opportunities and manage vendor relationships, including supplier/partner contracts and day-to-day interactions.
• Negotiate and secure marketing funds from vendors.
• Create business plans for new opportunities and develop/execute project plans for new feature launches, incorporating merchandising and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring tight deadlines are met.
• Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a vendor management or similar role.
• A proven record of driving category growth.
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.
