stc is a leading telecommunications company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a Senior Warehouse Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Senior Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing logistics operations across all warehouses in the Southern and Western districts. This includes overseeing receiving, inspection, storage, auction processes, and the outflow of goods to ensure timely material availability for daily business operations. The role also involves implementing programs to maintain a safe and healthy warehousing environment, in adherence to stipulated business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure logistics activities in the Southern and Western districts comply with operational and documentation controls.
• Implement programs to assure a safe and healthy work environment and compliance with regulatory requirements in warehousing, in coordination with the S&S team.
• Process warehousing transactions promptly to serve customers in the Southern and Western districts.
• Manage and perform warehouse transactions including receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing stock items.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding physical inventory and cycle count activities.
• Maintain and optimize warehousing facilities and space.
• Ensure good housekeeping across all warehousing facilities.
• Participate in the auction process.
• Conduct and organize monthly safety audits at each location.
• Ensure prompt processing and handling of overages, shortages, damages, and rejected materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Manage packing and preparation of material for shipping.
• Provide support for the delivery of auctions, temporary storage, shipping, mail, and document archiving services.
• Archive and organize live and final accounts records.
• Manage risks associated with warehouse operations, including information confidentiality, safety and security, and inventory damage.

Monitoring and Control

• Monitor vendor compliance with Supply Chain regulations and standards.
• Track stock footprint, including levels and locations.
• Conduct periodic audits for stock keeping points.
• Promote, implement, and ensure compliance with sustainability requirements.
• Lead all operations covering the acquisition, storage, scrap processing, movement, and disposal of materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics activities and ensure operational compliance.
• Experience in implementing safety and health programs within a warehousing environment.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing operations across Southern and Western districts.
