About the Services Facilitator - Guest Service Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Services Facilitator - Guest Service to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is focused on ensuring guests have a positive and memorable experience. The role requires an individual who can create a welcoming atmosphere and provide essential support to visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, welcome, book, and direct visitors to the appropriate individuals, departments, or meeting rooms.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of reception and common areas.
  • Handle and transfer incoming calls to the relevant departments or stakeholders, and address inquiries as needed.
  • Support the HR team with onboarding and termination processes.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks, including document copying and meeting room bookings.
  • Receive and accurately distribute incoming mail and deliveries to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Arrange airport collections for specified individuals when required.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and services, such as stationery and equipment.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in guest services or a hospitality role is necessary.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail are important for managing various tasks.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred for effective communication.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role is integral to the guest experience operations at Qiddiya Investment Company.
