About Jazeera Paints and the Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives within the showroom environment.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Executive is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing showroom operations efficiently, and consistently meeting sales targets. This role ensures a high standard of service, addresses customer needs effectively, and facilitates the smooth delivery of products to customers.

Customer Engagement and Sales

• Provide a professional welcome to customers inside the showrooms, maintaining a high level of service, meeting their needs, and delivering customer service both before and after sales.
• Follow up with customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to products, securing orders, calculating quantities, and assisting with product and color coordination.
• Achieve sales targets as per the established sales plan.
• Accept customer online requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and stock levels.
• Handle all customer complaints professionally, attempting to resolve them and reporting them to the direct manager.
• Provide helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.

Showroom and Inventory Management

• Supervise the showroom and its inventory, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the invoicing process and ensure proper delivery of goods, coordinating with all showroom staff including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Keep the showroom organized and clean at all times, ensuring all marketing tools like brochures and catalogues are available.
• Secure a good stock of all items, especially fast-moving ones, by applying the policy for ordering from warehouses (minimum and maximum levels for each item), adhering to the first-in, first-out policy to avoid dead stock.
• Report all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensure the arrangement of goods in warehouses according to guidelines to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during periodic inventory checks.

Reporting and Compliance

• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant when required and adhere to daily deposit of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
• Implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.

General Duties and Collaboration

• Maintain order in the showroom.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
• Execute activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
