About the Showroom Sales Representative Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets within the showroom environment.

Customer Engagement and Sales

The primary focus of this role is to ensure a positive customer experience and drive sales. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a welcoming reception to customers within the showrooms.
• Maintaining a high level of service to meet customer needs and facilitate product delivery.
• Offering comprehensive customer service both before and after sales.
• Guiding customers from their entry into the showroom through to the successful securing of their orders.
• Introducing company products to customers and assisting with product selection.
• Calculating required quantities and helping customers coordinate colors and products according to their specific needs.
• Achieving sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.

Showroom Operations and Coordination

This role also involves maintaining the showroom's operational standards and ensuring effective internal collaboration. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating the issuance of invoices and ensuring proper delivery of goods.
• Coordinating effectively with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers.
• Keeping the showroom organized and clean at all times.
• Ensuring all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues, are readily available.
• Maintaining order and discipline within the showroom.

Inventory Control and Stock Management

Effective management of product inventory is a critical component of this position, encompassing:

• Securing a good stock of all items, particularly well-moving products, to serve customers efficiently.
• Applying the policy for placing orders from warehouses based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item.
• Adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock.
• Reporting all missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Ensuring the proper arrangement of goods in warehouses according to guidelines to maintain accurate stock records.
• Conducting periodic inventory operations checks to prevent discrepancies in stock levels.
• Cooperating with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving items.

Financial Procedures and Reporting

The role requires diligent adherence to financial procedures and accurate reporting, including:

• Submitting financial reports to the region accountant when required.
• Adhering to the daily deposit of any sales cash amount into the company’s account.
• Providing the direct manager with regular reports about competitors' activities and promotions.
• Accepting online customer requests and updating the E-commerce platform accordingly, considering required items and stock levels.

Compliance and Professional Development

The Showroom Sales Representative is expected to uphold company standards and contribute to ongoing improvements. This involves:

• Committing to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Handling all customer complaints professionally and reporting them to the direct manager.
• Implementing company policies and instructions.
• Submitting periodic reports of achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Providing helpful ideas and suggestions to develop the sales process and value.
• Executing activities related to the function using safe and environmental methods.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor/manager.
