About Jazeera Paints

Jazeera Paints is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is central to ensuring an excellent customer experience within our showrooms, maintaining high service standards, and fulfilling customer needs from product introduction to order completion and delivery.

Role Overview

The Showroom Sales Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating with showroom staff, and achieving sales targets. This includes providing comprehensive customer service, managing product inquiries, and ensuring efficient order processing and delivery. The role requires adherence to company policies regarding stock management, financial reporting, and showroom organization.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in showrooms and maintain a high level of service.
Address customer needs, facilitate product delivery, and provide pre- and post-sales support.
Guide customers from showroom entry through product introduction to securing orders.
Calculate required quantities and assist customers with color and product coordination.
Ensure accurate invoicing and timely delivery of goods.
Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness.
Ensure availability of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs.
Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
Fulfill management goals and implement key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process online customer requests and update the e-commerce platform based on item and stock levels.
Maintain adequate stock levels, especially for fast-moving items, by placing warehouse orders according to minimum and maximum thresholds.
Implement the first-in, first-out policy to prevent dead stock.
Report missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
Ensure goods in warehouses are arranged according to policy to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required.
Deposit daily sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitor activities and promotions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items.
Adhere to company policies and instructions.
Submit periodic reports on achievements, issues, and failures to the direct manager.
Propose ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and value.
Execute tasks in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh and involves working within a showroom environment, coordinating with various staff members including assistants, workers, and drivers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
