About the Site Foreman Electrical Role

Alfanar is seeking a Site Foreman Electrical to lead on-site electrical teams in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in ensuring the efficient and safe installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are performed according to specifications and standards.
• Monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
• Ensure the proper use of tools, materials, and equipment on site.
• Assign tasks to site workers, monitor their performance, and provide guidance and support to achieve daily objectives.
• Coordinate with engineers and supervisors to address operational issues.
• Track daily progress and report updates to the site engineer or project manager, identifying potential delays or challenges and recommending solutions.
• Ensure the timely availability of required materials and resources.
• Enforce compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations, conducting regular inspections to ensure safe working conditions and proper housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, work logs, and incidents.
• Assist in preparing progress reports and submitting updates to supervisors.

Role Accountabilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates, including training and delegation of tasks to form an effective team.
• Ensure fair distribution of tasks to maintain team morale and motivation.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets within delivery schedules, utilizing resources effectively for cost and time efficiency.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues.
• Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
• Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures within the defined work area.

Experience and Requirements

This role requires 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards throughout projects.
