About TK Elevator and the Role

TK Elevator is seeking a Snr. Service Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for bridging the gap between customer needs and organizational solutions, focusing on technical problem resolution and service sales growth.

Role Purpose

The Snr. Service Sales Engineer acts as a vital link, requiring a keen understanding of customers' technical problems. This role involves reporting these issues and actively seeking effective solutions. The incumbent will also be responsible for evaluating market potential and developing strategies to enhance service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify key markets and customers, evaluating the potential for service sales.
• Propose and implement tactics to generate and develop service sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Secure new maintenance contracts and ensure the timely renewal of existing agreements.
• Review and document contracts nearing expiration to facilitate the renewal process.
• Prepare quotations for maintenance, parts, and repairs based on customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with a team of service engineers and technicians to manage service sales fulfillment.
• Manage the assigned sales territory to meet or exceed target budgets.
• Monitor the financial status of the assigned territory, including outstanding payments and actual gross margin percentage.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.

Compliance and Safety Standards

• Comply with all TK Elevator Company and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to the organization's Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and environmental policies and procedures.
• Report any OH&S and environmental concerns, incidents, or nonconformities to the appropriate department or management.
• Communicate OH&S and environmental policies and requirements to customers.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in service sales or a related technical sales engineering capacity.

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
