About the Role

Citytech Software DMCC is seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets by providing tailored IT solutions, including ERP, HRMS, and other software services, to meet diverse customer needs. The position offers a competitive salary range of SAR 11,250 - SAR 15,000 per month and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Software Sales Manager will be responsible for a range of activities focused on sales development, client engagement, and market expansion. Key duties include:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities within the IT sector.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their business objectives and IT requirements.
• Present and demonstrate software products, services, and solutions to clients effectively.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized solutions and resolve client issues.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
• Participate in online and offline tenders.
• Develop and nurture a reseller network across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in software sales and account management, coupled with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.

• Proven experience of 5-10 years as a Software Sales and Account Management professional or in a similar role.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Possession of a valid Driving License.
