About the Role

Alfanar is seeking a Specialist Sales I Fresh to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving property sales by generating leads, engaging with potential buyers, presenting properties, and closing sales. The Specialist Sales I Fresh will act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, contributing to the company's sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Present products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating features, benefits, and value propositions to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales and achieve company revenue goals.
• Process sales orders, handle customer inquiries, and ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and industry news to inform sales strategies, and provide customer feedback to improve products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the company’s overall sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress, and submit regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

• Delivery: Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per schedules, utilize resources effectively, and provide periodic reports detailing deviations and task execution.

• Quality: Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Business Process Improvements: Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automation opportunities.
• Compliance: Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
