Emdad By Elm is seeking a highly skilled Sr. End user Computing Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on the critical management and support of enterprise end-user computing platforms, ensuring robust and efficient operations within the organization.

Role Overview

The Sr. End user Computing Engineer is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the core infrastructure that supports all end-user computing activities. This role involves a comprehensive approach to platform management, from deployment strategies to day-to-day operational support, ensuring secure and seamless user experiences across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support enterprise end-user computing platforms effectively.
Oversee comprehensive endpoint management strategies and implementations.
Handle software deployment processes, ensuring timely and secure distribution.
Maintain and optimize operating systems across the user base.
Implement and enforce robust device security measures.
Support and manage collaboration tools to enhance team productivity.
Manage day-to-day user computing operations, addressing issues and ensuring continuity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in end-user computing environments. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level computing platforms is required.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated team focused on maintaining high standards of IT infrastructure and user support.
