Role Overview

Jasara Program Management Company is seeking a full-time Sr. Structural Manager to lead and oversee the structural engineering division. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, this role is critical for ensuring that all structural engineering activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across large-scale infrastructure projects. The Sr. Structural Manager will drive technical excellence and innovation, aligning efforts with the strategic goals of JASARA PMC and Vision 2030. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects as part of a leading joint venture between the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the structural engineering department, ensuring project deliverables meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
Develop and implement structural engineering strategies, standards, and best practices in line with industry codes and regulations.
Oversee the design, review, and approval of structural engineering calculations, drawings, and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to ensure structural designs align with project objectives.
Mentor and develop structural engineering staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address structural engineering challenges.
Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and innovations in structural engineering.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Professional Engineering license (PE) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 15 years' experience in structural engineering, with at least 7 years in a senior management role.

Strong knowledge of Saudi building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
