About the Supervisor Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on providing technical information, advice, and assistance related to the organization's products and services. The Supervisor will engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring accurate and timely support before, during, and after transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Explain facts, practices, and policies to both internal teams and external customers.
• Correct or resolve issues and problems within existing systems and processes, implementing minor changes as needed.
• Address problems that may be vaguely defined, requiring an understanding and consideration of other job areas.
• Interact regularly with sales staff and communicate with supply chain personnel as necessary.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A university degree with 1 year of suggested minimum experience, or a 2-year degree with 6 years of suggested minimum experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline or advanced technical/operational practices.

Operational Impact

The Supervisor will often set and achieve daily operational objectives, with some direct impact on others within their area. Occasionally, this role will set and deliver operational objectives that directly influence achieving results within the designated area.

Scope of Work

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading other team members. The application of knowledge is primarily domestic, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
