About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing and assessing candidates for various roles.
Developing and implementing talent acquisition plans.
Utilizing applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows.
Ensuring an effective onboarding process for new hires.

Required Expertise

Deep expertise in talent acquisition strategies.
Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Experience with employer branding.
