Technical Project Manager

About the Role

************ is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join the Mining Technology Operations team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves deploying advanced AI-based software solutions at scale within industrial environments, specifically for the global mining industry. The position reports directly to the VP of Mining Technology Operations.

The company is expanding its presence in the Middle East, focusing on Saudi Arabia, a key region for mining development under Vision 2030. This role contributes to scaling field operations and impacting industrial efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology implementations, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline targets.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Requests for Change (RFCs) for product and engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize the impact of AI optimization on customer operations.
• Utilize modern AI productivity tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and prototyping processes.
• Manage the risk log, function as a control point, and contribute to Key Account strategies to foster long-term growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and software implementation.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with large-scale industrial enterprises, with 5+ years in mining software being an advantage.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and a foundational understanding of AI/Machine Learning lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, and drive results in technical reporting and stakeholder presentations.
• Willingness to travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Possession of a valid driving license is required.
