Role Summary

KBE International is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join its full-time team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring technical compliance throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for upholding comprehensive product and industry knowledge, contributing to a team-oriented environment focused on accelerating operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Follow-Up & Client Coordination

• Follow up with consultants, design engineers, and project engineers regarding submitted technical proposals.
• Address technical comments and clarifications, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients’ technical teams through regular communication, meetings, and site visits as required.
• Provide technical support and position the company as a reliable technical partner.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Proposals & Compliance

• Review project specifications and requirements to ensure technical compliance of proposals.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, compliance sheets, and deviation lists when applicable.
• Ensure proposals adhere to project specifications, applicable codes, and consultant requirements.
• Coordinate with the Head of Engineering and support the Riyadh Engineering team with technical documentation as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Inquiry & Quotation Review

• Review Job-in-Hand (JIH) inquiries to confirm the technical scope and specifications are clear and complete.
• Identify and resolve any technical gaps before proceeding with quotations.
• Review quotations prior to submission to ensure correct product selection and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that any technical deviations are clearly identified and communicated to relevant parties.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a technical sales or engineering role. A strong understanding of product specifications and industry standards, particularly within the HVAC market, is essential. This role requires a professional who can effectively manage technical communications, ensure compliance, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
