About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is partnering with a prominent Real Estate client to recruit a Technical Team Manager High Rise Towers. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading critical technical activities for significant high-rise tower developments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the technical integrity and successful delivery of major projects.

Role Overview

The Technical Team Manager will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a multidisciplinary technical team, providing centralized support across various project phases. This role requires a strong focus on technical compliance, design review, and coordination with diverse stakeholders to ensure constructability and adherence to international and local standards for high-rise structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) to provide centralized technical support to projects.
• Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals before issuance to site teams.
• Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the project's specific technical and design requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries.
• Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability prior to construction.
• Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams for complex issues.
• Monitor emerging technical risks across the project lifecycle and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in technical management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of high-rise towers construction methodologies and technical coordination processes.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
