Qiwa Technology is seeking a Technology Release Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on establishing structure, governance, and confidence in software releases within a dynamic engineering environment. The Technology Release Specialist will ensure that releases are well-coordinated, meet all governance requirements, and enable engineering teams to deliver reliable technology consistently. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate software releases across development, QA, DevOps, Security, Operations, and business teams.
• Manage release calendars, deployment schedules, and release readiness activities.
• Ensure releases comply with governance requirements, including approvals, testing evidence, rollback plans, and change records.
• Identify and manage release risks, dependencies, and production readiness.
• Facilitate release planning meetings, Change Advisory Board (CAB) discussions, and deployment readiness reviews.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders before, during, and after deployments.
• Support post-release validation and coordinate incident response when necessary.
• Continuously improve release processes, governance frameworks, and documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), software deployment processes, release governance, and environment management.
• Experience working with technical and business stakeholders across multiple release cycles.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, Change Management principles, CAB processes, and release documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
