The Role of Training Specialist

Zofeur is seeking a Training Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience and involves developing and delivering training programs to support employee development and integration within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Identify training needs by evaluating employee strengths and weaknesses.
Design and build training programs, including the preparation of teaching plans.
Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results.
Acclimate new hires to the business through orientation sessions.
Deliver training courses to employees.
Assess the effectiveness of training to ensure the incorporation of taught skills and techniques into work behavior.
Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure they reflect any necessary changes.

Qualifications and Requirements

Proven experience in designing multiple training events.
Demonstrated ability to master the full training cycle.
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.
Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in MS Office and database software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
