About iHR and the Opportunity

iHR (International Human Resources) is seeking a User Experience Designer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in designing complex digital platforms and enterprise systems.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will function as a Senior UX/UI Designer, focusing on large-scale government or corporate projects. This role requires a strong background in creating sophisticated digital solutions, moving beyond simple applications to tackle intricate enterprise challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complex enterprise systems, ensuring robust and scalable user experiences.
• Conduct comprehensive user research, requirements analysis, and develop personas, user flows, and customer journeys.
• Build, maintain, and apply design systems consistently across various digital products.
• Perform UX audits and usability reviews, providing clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, deliver presentations, and articulate design decisions effectively.

Required Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including expertise in Design Systems, Auto Layout, Variables, and Components.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints to ensure feasible and implementable designs.
• Ability to leverage analytics and heatmaps; experience with tools such as Dynatrace, Google Analytics (GA), or Clarity is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and presenting design concepts.

We are looking for a professional with 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically with a proven track record in designing complex enterprise systems rather than simple applications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge base in user research methodologies and the practical application of design systems.
