About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Picker to join its Parts Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately picking, preparing, and staging parts for delivery, while consistently upholding stock accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.

Departmental Context

This role is part of FAMCO KSA’s Parts Department, which supports warehouse operations for commercial vehicles, construction equipment, and various machinery solutions. The team collaborates closely with service, parts, and operations colleagues to ensure customers receive correct parts promptly and that all warehouse activities proceed smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick parts and products from inventory based on customer orders and warehouse requirements.
• Verify the correct quantity, size, and product type before packing and staging items.
• Contribute to daily picking targets by working efficiently, accurately, and safely.
• Maintain precise stock records by properly documenting picked items and supporting overall inventory accuracy.
• Ensure the warehouse and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the warehouse team to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• An engineering graduate, diploma holder, or qualification in a technical field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations is essential.
• Experience within an automotive dealership is preferred.
• Experience with commercial vehicles or construction equipment will be highly advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a warehouse setting and meet daily targets.
• Basic computer skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system will be an advantage.
• Strong planning, organizing, and teamwork skills.
