The Opportunity

Plant.Digital is seeking a Director of Sales And Business Development to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province. This full-time role is central to driving sales growth, cultivating strong client relationships, and leading our sales initiatives to achieve strategic targets within the digital OT solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute comprehensive business development and sales plans to achieve business growth objectives.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a hybrid business development team to meet and exceed sales growth targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, building and maintaining a strong and healthy pipeline.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
Work closely with marketing, delivery, solution consulting, and customer support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client solutions.
Handle contract negotiations and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and business development. This role requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in driving sales growth and managing client relationships within a technology or system integration context.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dhahran, Eastern Province. The role involves working within a collaborative environment focused on delivering advanced digital OT solutions to clients.
