Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design)

About the Opportunity

Saudi Aramco – SMP in Dhahran, Eastern Province, is seeking an Associate Program Development & Evaluation Analyst (Instructional Design). This full-time role is suitable for Saudi professionals with 3 to 5 years of experience in instructional design, program development, and learning evaluation within a corporate setting.

Role Purpose

The Analyst will contribute to the development and evaluation of learning programs. This position focuses on applying established instructional design principles and methodologies to create effective and engaging learning content, ensuring programs meet their intended objectives within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive learning content for various programs.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models, such as ADDIE and SAM, in program development.
• Implement program evaluation methodologies to assess learning effectiveness.
• Manage projects independently from conception through completion.

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Learning Design & Technology, or a closely related field.

Required Experience and Skills

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, program development, and evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design models, including ADDIE and SAM.
• Demonstrated experience in program evaluation methodologies.
• Hands-on proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or Adobe Captivate.
• Proven ability to design and develop interactive learning content.
• Experience in project management and the capacity to handle projects independently.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
