Associate Instructional Designer

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking an Associate Instructional Designer to join a Learning & Development team within a large corporate environment. This contract position is based in Dhahran, Eastern Province, and involves the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of learning solutions.

Role Overview

The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating interactive training programs that enhance employee capabilities and align with business objectives. This involves leveraging adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies to drive performance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning modules, simulations, and blended learning materials using tools such as Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Apply adult learning theory and instructional design models (*, ADDIE, SAM) to conceptualize and deliver effective training solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of multiple training projects independently, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
• Implement program evaluation methodologies to measure learning impact, analyze training effectiveness, and support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to conduct needs analyses and gather content to meet learning objectives.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project updates, maintaining communication and collaboration with all stakeholders throughout the design process.

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in instructional design, content development, and program evaluation.
• Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools, including Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in a relevant instructional design role.
