Position Summary

Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking an Associate Public Relations Representative to join our team. This full-time role is based in Dhahran and involves working directly at Saudi Aramco, focusing on strategic communications within a dynamic corporate environment. The position requires 8–12 years of experience in strategic communications.

Role and Context

The Associate Public Relations Representative will play a key role in supporting and executing comprehensive communication strategies. This involves engaging with various stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of impactful messaging across multiple channels. The successful candidate will operate within a fast-paced corporate setting, contributing to the overall communication objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic communication plans.
• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver impactful messaging across various communication channels.
• Contribute to communication efforts within a corporate setting.

Essential Experience

• A minimum of 8–12 years of experience in strategic communications.
• Demonstrated experience in either an in-house communications department or a consultancy environment.
• Strong experience in developing and implementing multi-channel communication strategies.
• Experience presenting communication strategies, activation plans, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executives.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into clear and compelling communication content.
• Strong understanding of communications strategy and corporate messaging.
• Advanced or professional qualifications in Communications are preferred.

Preferred Background

• Experience within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Technology sectors is preferred.
• Regional experience is considered an advantage for this role.
