About the Hi-Loader Operator Role

Catrion Group is seeking a Hi-Loader Operator to join our team in Al Qassim. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience and is integral to ensuring the efficient and compliant handling of flights.

Role Summary

The Hi-Loader Operator is responsible for the precise and timely loading and offloading of flights. This role requires strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and security regulations, involving the operation of high loaders, management of associated equipment, and effective coordination with various departments to ensure compliance with company and airport authority policies.

Key Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure correct loading of flights in the High Loader, securing meal carts, containers, and standard units, and verifying the air conditioning unit is operational.
• Load all flights according to the loading plan and within established deadlines.
• Properly label all loading equipment according to packing diagrams.
• Verify that accompanying loaders understand marshalling and de-marshalling procedures.
• Report for duty on roster timings and in proper uniform.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the Hi-loader attending arrival/departure flights.
• Ensure proper cleaning of the High Loader after each handling (arrival).
• Prevent consumption of offloaded food and ensure sufficient dry ice supply for food items to maintain required temperatures.
• Inform Supervisor regarding flight status.
• Assist in handling DEK and ABC Guide as required.
• Coordinate with Transport and Chief Driver on schedule and aircraft changes.
• Train Loaders as required.
• Maintain the Driver’s Movement Report.
• Perform other assigned job-related duties in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.

Compliance, Safety, and Security Adherence

• Adhere to hygiene standards during flight preparation, assembly, and handling.
• Ensure a "FOLLOW ME" escort always accompanies the vehicle when flights are loaded at an Air Force Base.
• Follow Airport Authorities, Customs, and Security regulations, reporting any deviations immediately to the Supervisor or Chief Driver/Supervisor Assembly/Transport.
• Strictly enforce regulations during aircraft loading and offloading, ensuring no liquor, cabin crew kits, or non-catering items are offloaded.
• Follow proper procedures for parking up-catering vans during delivery.
• Understand the hazardous nature of the job and follow established procedures completely.
• Report any vehicle accident or incident immediately to the Chief Driver.
• Ensure personal driving license and Ramp pass are valid.
• Adhere to Cybersecurity policies and procedures, handling data and information according to their classification levels.
• Avoid violating intellectual property rights protected by copyrights, patents, or similar laws.
• Comply with Cybersecurity requirements related to the protection of user devices, Internet, software, systems, and Email.
• Adhere to the acceptable use policy, utilizing Catrion information and technical assets solely for business purposes.
• Obtain required permits from the security department or authority owner before hosting visitors in sensitive company sites.
• Report Cybersecurity incidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of radio communication procedures.
• Proficiency in driving and operating systems of all types of catering vehicles.
