About the Business Analyst I - PP-QM Role

KUWAIT STEEL is seeking a Business Analyst I with expertise in SAP PP and QM to join our team in Al Qatif. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Business Analyst I will provide functional and technical assistance within SAP PP and QM modules. This includes implementing necessary configurations, supporting process improvements, and ensuring optimal system utilization. The role involves acting on behalf of the product innovation team to understand business needs, problems, and to implement and support solutions and technical upgrades across SAP PP, QM, and PM modules. A key aspect of this position is conducting detailed analysis of potential system changes and developing or supporting agreed-upon solutions globally. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for testing system changes with various IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure a validated state and will assist in system implementation activities, including data migration and training.

Key Accountabilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for all deliverables within the PP, QM, and PM areas, and for all escalations.
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track performance and ensure alignment with production and quality objectives.
• Collaborating closely with other IT team members from supply chain, logistics, finance, customer-facing departments, security, Data Migration, Basis, and BI, as well as business stakeholders and subject matter experts to support informed design decisions and deliver agreed solutions.
• Working closely with the offshore team to manage and monitor their priorities and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role are required to possess a Bachelor's degree or a Higher Diploma. Experience in SAP PP and QM is essential for this position.
