Aldawaa Medical Services Co. is seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team in Al Qunfidhah. This full-time role is integral to maintaining the highest standards across our logistics and distribution operations, ensuring compliance with critical quality and regulatory frameworks.

The Role of a Quality Specialist

The Quality Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring that all activities within PROCEED 3PL Operations strictly adhere to established quality standards, regulatory authority guidelines, internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Distribution Practices (GDP). This position is central to upholding our commitment to quality and operational excellence in the distribution of medical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance of warehouse and distribution activities with Authorities Guidelines, GDP guidelines, internal SOPs, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine internal quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Review operational processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns, to ensure continuous quality compliance.
• Investigate deviations, incidents, and non-conformities, ensuring the implementation of appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Monitor temperature-controlled storage conditions and ensure adherence to cold-chain requirements where applicable.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) procedures within warehouses.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, including batch traceability, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Participate in risk assessments related to the storage, transportation, and handling of healthcare products.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits conducted by relevant Regulatory Authorities.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions for warehouse staff on quality standards and procedures.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards related to compliance performance, audit results, and key quality performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency while strictly maintaining quality standards.

The ideal candidate will be a professional with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices within logistics and distribution, particularly in a 3PL environment.
