General Accountant

About the Role

Imploy is seeking a General Accountant to join our team in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably within the hotel sector. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit and review daily revenue, preparing daily revenue reports.
• Review operating accounts and financial transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements.
• Review supplier and customer accounts, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor hotel operating costs, including Food & Beverage costs.
• Monitor inventory and prepare financial and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of financial records and accounting transactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or auditing.
• Hotel accounting experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of hotel accounting systems and financial operations.
• Intermediate English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Work Location

This position is based in Medina, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Madinah.
