About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team in Medina. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to proactively address guest needs and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs efficiently.
Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Complete necessary reports accurately.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.

Operational Standards and Conduct

The Guest Experience Expert ensures that all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience. Adherence to company policies and professional standards is critical for success in this role, including:

Maintaining a safe work environment.
Following all company policies and procedures.
Upholding confidentiality of sensitive information.
Protecting company assets.
Ensuring consistent quality standards.
Maintaining a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Candidates must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

Education: High school diploma or *** equivalent.
