About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Medina, Al Madinah. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactive engagement and a hands-on approach to guest services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
Complete necessary reports and documentation.
Share information about local attractions and highlights with guests.
Ensure all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.
