The Role of HSE Inspector

HCO is seeking an experienced HSE Inspector to join its team in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires strong knowledge of HSE standards and the ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors to ensure compliance and safety on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure HSE compliance.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and HSE training sessions.
• Monitor contractors and subcontractors’ compliance with HSE requirements.
• Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment.
• Prepare HSE inspection reports and track corrective actions.
• Provide HSE guidance and support to site teams and contractors.
• Assist the HSE Manager in implementing and maintaining HSE policies and programs.
• Participate in HSE and project meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with project teams and contractors.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic consulting engineering firm engaged in diverse projects across the Kingdom.
