About the Role

DeepSource is seeking a Saudi National IT Sales Representative to join their team in Medina, KSA. This full-time, office-based position involves engaging with prospective and existing customers to understand their business needs and present the company's IT solutions. The role focuses on internal sales activities and does not require outdoor client visits or field sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Present the company’s IT products, services, and solutions clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions in coordination with the technical team.
• Respond to customer inquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process until opportunities are closed.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with technical, presales, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the company’s CRM system.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales results.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and opportunity status.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National.
• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Confidence in presenting IT solutions.

Work Environment

This is an office-based sales position located in Medina, KSA. The role is full-time and involves internal communication with customers and coordination with internal teams.
