About the Role

Nestlé Waters KSA is seeking an Operator for its Almanhal Water Factory in Medina, Industrial City. This full-time role involves performing machine tending operations and operating various machines within a production environment. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse according to production orders to prevent breakdowns or delays.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure optimal machine performance during production.
• Learn and adhere to the standard operating procedures for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports in case of abnormalities.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews to discuss achievements and issues.
• Verify the production date and batch number printed on bottles.
• Conduct water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment to ensure satisfactory treatment results.
• Maintain accurate logs and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
• Assist the Safety Officer with regular safety inspections of plant equipment and facilities, recording violations or potential hazards and taking corrective action.
• Perform chemical cleaning for manufacturing equipment.
• Monitor all water-consuming machines throughout the factory.
• Utilize warehouse mobility devices for material transactions on the ERP system.
• Adhere to the zero-waste journey principles, encompassing Man, Materials, and Machine.
• Comply with Nestlé safety rules and procedures while performing duties to ensure personal and others' safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate degree in General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Electromechanics, Industrial, or Manufacturing.
• 1 – 4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within the Food and Beverage sector or plastic blow molding, injection, and labeling.
• Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in areas of responsibility.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Nestlé Waters KSA – Almanhal Water Factory in Medina, Industrial City, operating in a full-time capacity within a production environment.
