About the Role

Sofitel is seeking a Spa Therapist Female to join its team in Medina, Eastern region. This full-time position involves providing wellness and beauty treatments to guests, contributing to their relaxation and well-being. The role is based at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, a 5-star property located near Al Masjid Al Nabawi.

Key Responsibilities

Perform various massages and body treatments for guests.
Provide facials and other skincare treatments.
Prepare treatment rooms to ensure readiness and maintain high hygiene standards.
Advise guests on suitable treatments and products based on their needs.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction throughout their spa experience.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in a similar spa therapist role is required.
Demonstrated ability to perform a range of wellness and beauty treatments.
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest service.
