About the Opportunity

HireNest PR is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Al Madinah (Medina). This is a full-time, remote position for individuals dedicated to providing professional assistance and creating positive customer experiences. We are looking for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in customer support.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely communication and effective problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. This role involves responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and documenting interactions, all while maintaining professionalism and empathy. You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and uphold high-quality support standards.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and online platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
Efficiently and professionally resolve customer concerns.
Document all customer interactions and update records as required.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Maintain a positive and helpful communication style in all interactions.
Adhere to established customer service procedures and guidelines.
Identify and suggest opportunities for enhancing customer experiences.
Effectively manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
Meet defined service quality and performance targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
0-1 years of experience; previous customer service, support, call centre, or administrative experience is preferred.
Entry-level applicants with strong communication skills are welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
Demonstrated strong problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using customer service software and digital tools.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Strong attention to detail.
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
