About the Role

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a F&B Service Expert (Dry) to join our team in Medina, Almadinah Almunawwarah. This full-time position focuses on creating a memorable and unique dining experience for guests, extending beyond basic food service to encompass comprehensive guest interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Setting tables according to established standards.
Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Interacting with and serving guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their meal.
Maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
Processing transactions while ensuring they contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, upholding quality standards, and maintaining a professional appearance and communication style. This position involves physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various surfaces. The F&B Service Expert will manage menus, requiring the ability to read and visually verify information. A hands-on approach is essential, involving moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance, and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks also include reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, and stooping.
