About the Procurement Advisor Role

KBR, Inc. is seeking a highly capable Procurement Advisor to join its team in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing comprehensive procurement activities and ensuring operational excellence across various projects, with a particular focus on those related to Saudi Aramco.

Role Overview

The Procurement Advisor will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies to maximize value and efficiency. This position involves strategic sourcing, meticulous contract management, and cultivating strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to support project execution effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of procurement, including sourcing, vendor qualification, bid evaluation, commercial negotiations, contract administration, and purchase order management.
• Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies to enhance value and operational efficiency.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with suppliers, contractors, and essential stakeholders.
• Provide procurement planning and coordination support for oil & gas, EPC, industrial, construction, and maintenance projects.
• Monitor supplier performance, identify and mitigate procurement risks, and ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements, while actively driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role supports operations in key cities such as Yanbu and Medina.
