Transmed is seeking a Sales Executive for its Food Service division. This full-time role is based in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on developing business within the foodservice sector.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding the Foodservice business by managing both new and existing accounts. This position requires the individual to oversee their own customer base, ensuring high customer satisfaction through product knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and consistent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise existing and new customers on the company's product portfolio and provide culinary solutions.
• Attend product demonstrations and gather customer feedback.
• Understand customer buying motives to offer appropriate solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area.
• Increase sales with existing customers through relationship management and technical product consultancy.
• Collaborate with Logistics and Customer Service to ensure high service levels post-order.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to advise customers on technical details and applications.
• Ensure all receivables and collections adhere to agreed payment and credit terms.
• Collect payments from customers, particularly for cheque transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated product know-how and ability to provide culinary solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Perseverance in delivering high levels of service.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with customers across the assigned geography.
