About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Supervisor Training to join our team in Al Madinah (Medina). This full-time role involves developing and delivering training programs to support staff development and operational efficiency. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with managers and department heads to assess staffing and recruitment needs, open requisitions, and required qualifications.
Develop learning strategies and plans based on identified deficiencies from needs assessments.
Design, develop, and produce training materials, including facilitator/participant workbooks, manuals, brochures, job aids, and posters.
Prepare for and conduct training classes, including material organization, setup, and breakdown.
Design and create interactive training content in various formats.
Deliver stand-up training sessions to groups of employees.
Monitor and ensure departments conduct safety training and orientation programs.
Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.

Operational Duties and Standards

Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.
Ensure personal appearance and uniform are clean and professional.
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Communicate professionally and clearly with others; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships; support team goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
Proficiency in using computers and/or point-of-sale systems to enter and locate work-related information.
Capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
