About the Role

A logistics brokerage company, currently in an expansion phase, is seeking a Manager Sales Logistics to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Hafuf, Eastern Region, and is ideal for a professional with a strong background in logistics brokerage and traffic management who is ready to actively build a client base, lead a team, and personally close deals during the company's foundational stage.

Role Summary

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines direct deal closing with the responsibility of building and leading a sales team. The Manager Sales Logistics will also manage commercial and operational relationships between all parties involved in the transportation process, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and develop a client base, including factories and major transport service requesters, and expand the carrier network, personally closing deals.
  • Manage shipment traffic and ensure operational coordination between service requesters and carriers to maintain agreed service levels.
  • Negotiate prices and terms, establishing relationships and reaching top decision-makers among clients.
  • Optimize payment terms in favor of the company and pursue more efficient contractual models for cash flow management.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales representatives, setting their goals and measuring their performance.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular reports on closing forecasts.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Essential:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics sales, brokerage, or traffic management within the Saudi market.
    • An established network of relationships with transport service requesters (factories) and/or carriers.
    • Documented experience in building or leading a sales team.
    • Proficiency in negotiation and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in contracting and drafting contract terms.
