Join شركة عالم النظم والبرامج as a Financial Accounts Manager
We are seeking a capable Financial Accounts Manager to oversee all financial and accounting operations within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing cash flows, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise financial records and prepare accurate monthly and annual reports.
• Close financial statements and accounting books, preferably with experience in Big Four or Big Ten firms.
• Prepare annual budgets and analytical reports, providing recommendations to senior management.
• Monitor and manage cash flows, ensuring efficient liquidity management.
• Consolidate budgets and prepare consolidated financial statements for subsidiaries if applicable.
• Oversee zakat and tax obligations, including VAT, with knowledge of international tax requirements.
• Manage internal and external audit processes and coordinate with the legal accountant.
• Develop financial policies and procedures to enhance spending efficiency.
• Supervise the accounting team, developing their performance and capacity.
• Ensure compliance with SOCPA standards, IFRS, and Saudi tax regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferably with professional certifications like CMA or CPA).
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated experience in closing corporate financial statements and books with major professional entities.
• Strong knowledge in budget consolidation and consolidated financial statements.
• Familiarity with local and international tax regulations and best accounting practices.
• Proficiency in SOCPA standards and IFRS.
• Strong leadership and financial analytical skills, with exceptional financial planning abilities.
• Expertise in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
