We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This full-time role is focused on enhancing customer interactions and driving product sales within our branch network.

Role Overview: Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative will operate at the forefront of customer engagement within our branches. This pivotal role involves welcoming and assisting customers, effectively promoting ALKAFFARY GROUP's products, and driving sales directly within the branch environment. The position requires collaboration with the sales team to amplify revenues and achieve targeted business outcomes across our branch network.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a professional manner, contributing to a welcoming branch atmosphere.
Provide comprehensive product information, address customer inquiries, and offer personalized solutions.
Actively promote and sell products to customers, showcasing their features and benefits.
Meet and exceed established sales targets by applying effective sales techniques and strategies within the branch setting.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the CRM system to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align sales strategies with branch-specific promotional initiatives.
Engage in continuous training and development to enhance sales skills and deepen product knowledge relevant to branch operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing sales role.
Demonstrated goal-driven mindset with a desire to exceed sales targets.
Willingness to adapt and learn continuously in a fast-paced work environment.

This role is based within ALKAFFARY GROUP's branch operations in Buraydah, Al Qasim.
