About the Warehouse Technician Role

شركة العوجان للمرطبات is seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to join their team in Buraydah, Al-Qassim. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations. The Warehouse Technician will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of daily warehouse activities.

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Warehouse Technician include overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. This involves managing the daily processes of receiving, storing, preparing, shipping, and distributing goods. A critical part of the role is maintaining inventory accuracy by strictly applying FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles to ensure product freshness and minimize waste.

Operational Oversight and Coordination

This role involves coordinating delivery operations, which includes following up on shipment readiness and managing customer returns. The Warehouse Technician will also be responsible for supervising warehouse keepers, forklift operators, and general laborers, ensuring tasks are distributed effectively to maintain workflow. Furthermore, the technician will manage damaged and returned products, ensuring all relevant records and operational systems are kept up-to-date.

Inventory Management and Reporting

Key duties include performing periodic inventory counts, identifying and addressing any discrepancies, and reporting stock shortages or surpluses. The Warehouse Technician is also tasked with preparing and following up on daily operational reports, with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve process efficiency and overall warehouse performance.

Warehouse Standards and Safety

Maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse environment is essential.
