The Role of Beauty Advisor

As a Beauty Advisor for Wojooh in Tabuk, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and utilizing appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve sales targets. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience in the beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, product usage, and services.
• Engage with customers to assess their needs and assist them in meeting those needs, exceeding customer expectations.
• Inform customers about the most suitable product ranges for their needs.
• Explain the uses and benefits of various brands and products.
• Promote sales while achieving set line and sales targets through makeup knowledge.
• Monitor store-level targets.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Monitor new product launch sales targets at the store level.
• Ensure in-store merchandising levels are met according to brand guidelines.
• Ensure stores are replenished on appropriate shelves and at appropriate times.
• Report stock shortages using the stock request form.
• Ensure stock is received according to established procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in the beauty sector.
