About the Role
The Arabic Language Training Manager is vital to our Academy's success, supporting high-level executives to effectively communicate in formal Arabic, particularly in the Saudi dialect. You will:

Design and conduct tailored Arabic training for English-speaking leaders.
Develop engaging training programs adhering to the highest instructional standards.
Assess training outcomes and provide constructive feedback.
Create relevant training materials aligned with cultural nuances.
Collaborate with the curriculum development team to align training with organizational goals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

Bachelor’s degree in Arabic, Linguistics, Education, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
5+ years of experience in Arabic language training, focusing on non-native speakers.
Expertise in Saudi dialect and cultural business etiquette.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Role Overview
The Arabic Teacher will deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction to both native and non-native speakers within multigrade classes. Strong differentiation skills and flexible planning are required as students of different ages and language profiles learn together.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging Arabic lessons for native and non-native speakers across various ages and abilities.
Effectively differentiate within multigrade classes to meet age and grade-level objectives.
Align Arabic teaching with Saudi national requirements while integrating IB approaches.
Collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to the broader school community.

Profiles We Are Recruiting For
This recruitment process encompasses two Arabic teaching roles. Placement will depend on student numbers and school needs.

Profile 1: Focus on older students (PYP/MYP) aged approximately 7–16, teaching predominantly to native Arabic speakers for Language & Literature classes.
Profile 2: Focus on early years and primary aged 1–11, requiring a warm, nurturing approach, with combined classes for native and non-native Arabic learners.
