Key Responsibilities:- Source and identify potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-screening interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Manage candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
- Track and improve sourcing metrics and strategies.
- Support recruitment campaigns and maintain employer branding.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition experience.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
- Preferred experience in sourcing for technical, engineering, or corporate roles.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
Preferred Skills:- Strong Boolean search techniques.
- Knowledge of ATS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Experience:- Experience in Oil & Gas or Engineering sectors.
- Experience with both international and local candidate markets.
